  • Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Industrialization team to work on new product introduction.
  • To lead and manage technical topics in areas including Industrial Strategy, Means specification, Risk validation, SOW & STBi, FMECA, PVET, KOR, MRL review, DFM & DFT with Industrial partners
  • To develop Flowcharts, Industrial Requirement approvals on Suppliers, MIF and Sharing Industrial needs and scheduling activities.
  • To keep track of FMECA action on Robustness, LRU Validation and Qualification and Prototype configuration, be well engaged or be consulted in Final MIF task supporting Serial, Realization of transfer/direct launch of Production line, Organization of training, FMEA and Non-conformity management, SAP BOM analysis, Qubes parametering, NoGo training.
  • To lead the Product management, Technical support engineering, Methods (Investigation, MIF/CMM & Manufacturing processes) in investigations and root caused analysis.
  • To be responsible for LRU FAI run, Suppliers PRR and FAI run, MIF review, Design-To-Cost Follow up, Special process validation & qualification, and validating the transfer/direct launch to the production line.
  • To be recognized as Industrial Technical Subject Expert (Production methodologies, DFx, Industrial Best Practices, Digital and Analog Electronics, Mechanical and Physics conversant).
  • To be able to foresee and identify potential problem(s) associated with the production/CSC activities and to make early circumvention or to mitigate risk if problem cannot be eliminated.
  • Proactive and able to lead and co-ordinate all internal efforts to perform technical analysis, to propose solutions and handle internal and external communications.
  • Understand technical documents / work instructions and be able to responsively identify variances.
  • To lead the entire AVS SPC/CSC cross functional teams and shared services to achieve objectives on time, on cost at the correct quality.
  • And all ad-hoc, unplanned tasks assigned by the Industrial Director.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Master Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Engineering Field with >12 years of Industrial Experience in High Tech Manufacturing.
  • Strong technical Knowledge with Engineering Fields (including Electro-mechanical).
  • Strong in Automatic Testing Equipment.
  • Experience in facilities setup for NPI lines.
  • Possess a “CAN DO” attitude.
  • Self-starter and take calculated risks.
  • Strong understanding of PCBA/PCB manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
  • Conversant in French would be an added advantage.
