Key-Account Manager (m/f/d) Data Protectio in full or part time (Ref.Nr. R0127491)

You will enjoy having this responsibility:

In this position you will plan and manage Thales CPL Data Protection sales related activities within Germany specifically with a focus on cloud/service projects. This will include the development of key business relationships and managing every stage of the sales process with the end customer within the assigned territory.

It also involves the following tasks:

  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards maximizing sales and achieving agreed business aims - especially managing personal time and productivity

  • Investigate, generate, cultivate and manage sales opportunities

  • Establish strong, long-term strategic relationships with key prospects

  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and maintain all relevant information held in these systems at all times

  • Develop ideas and create offers for marketing to major accounts by vertical market sector and Thales CPL Data Protection products

You have:

  • Educated to degree level with a business or IT related qualification

  • Knowledge of underlying security technologies

  • Technically proficient in software and hardware IT

  • Ability to communicate sales and marketing strategy

  • Ability to articulate the Thales message to a wide variety of audiences

  • A proven structured approach / methodology to organize, manage and execute a detailed Sales Territory Plan

  • Fluent in German and English language
